When we learn a new craft, whatever that may be, we build new naural pathway connections that can enable opportunities for other connections by presenting fresh topics in conversation, healthy relationship bonding ideas and interesting and fun activities that relieve anxiety and pain. With a strenghtened sence of self we are more likely to enge in conversation and other social activities. The effort is worth it because you are worth it.
